Our "employees only" policy helps to insure quality appraisals and professional service. Turn times are fast (24 to 48 hours or less) with competitive pricing (typically $350 or less). We have the experience required to appraise all types of property but we specialize in non-complex and complex homes, small income properties, and large apartment complexes.
